Episode of Series “Hypothetical (Television Program)”.
Focuses on the importance and relevance of the Australian Constitution to its citizens. Apart from looking at its origins, and other constitutional models, this kit explores the implications of making changes to the Australian Constitution. Based on one of “Geoffrey Robertson’s Hypotheticals” entitled “Blood on the wattle”. Also includes a post-hypothetical discussion of the Constitution by the panellists.
