Alan Launder coaches two athletes through the initial stages of discus throwing. A more advanced technique is demonstrated which is applicable to senior athletes. Safety measures are stressed for class teaching. Exercises to help build up strength and flexibility have been included. Suitable for upper primary and lower secondary levels.
