This film is edited from the feature film “The Doll’s House” which is an adaptation of the play by Ibsen, written in 1879. Jane Fonda plays the role of the main character Nora. A series of events in Nora’s married life forces her to turn back on her family and search for her own identity. This film raises discussion on the issues of feminine identity and is recommended for Years 11-12.
