The Bolshoi at the Bolshoi presents Tchaikovsky’s “The Sleeping beauty” in three acts with scenario by Ivan Vsevolozhsky and Marius Petipa, based upon the tales of Charles Perrault. Features the Bolshoi Theatre Orchestra conducted by Aleksandr Kopilov and choreography by Marius Petipa staged by Yuri Grigorovich. This beautiful fairytale ballet is performed by dancers Nina Semizorova (Princess Aurora), Aleksei Fadeyecher (Prince Desire), Nina Speranskaya (Lilac Fairy), Yuri Vetrov (Carabosse), Aleksandr Vetrov (Bluebird), and Maria Bilova (Princess Florine).
