Live concert from the Munich Summer Piano Festival 1993, featuring Lionel Hampton & The Golden Men of Jazz, performing a dozen jazz tunes. The band are: Lionel Hampton (vibes, drums and vocals), Clark Terry (trumpet), Harry Sweats Edison (trumpet), Al Grey (trombone), Benny Golson (saxaphone), Junior Mance (piano), Jimmy Woody (bass), Panama Francis (drums). Songs include Hamp, Cool Vibes, Lester Leaps In, God Bless the child, Toin Me Loose, Paradise, How High the Moon, I Remember Clifford, Drum On In, Seven Come Eleven, Hey Baba Rebob and What a Wonderful World, A lively and vibrant performance from these jazz wonders.
