Effective listening is a skill. This video program identifies and explains how we can improve our listening and highlights the four main listening techniques: listening with your whole body; rapport building; responding appropriately; removing barriers. The program is aimed at trainers/facilitators within organizations and includes a Trainer’s Manual.
