The Littlest ambassador

The story of Rene Simard, aged 13, who visits Japan as a French-Canadian pop singer. Commentary paraphrases his spoken impressions and replies to questions. Includes scenes from the 3rd Tokyo Music Festival where Rene represents Canada and finally wins grand prize. Cameos by Frank Sinatra and Shirley Bassey.
