Released for general use as a public service by the Royal Canadian Air Force, this film demonstrates driving skills as taught at a National Defence Driving School. It follows the course of instruction of a new driver, and shows basic rules for handling a car under a variety of conditions, from turning a corner to halting a skid on ice.
