A Hal Roach chaotic romp as would-be taxi drivers train using bumper cars. After graduating from taxi school, Billy, Ben and Clyde find themselves involved with a gang of jewel smugglers headed by Frisco Fanny and Flash Fred. Cast includes Billy Gilbert, Ben Blue, Clyde Cook. Charley Rogers, Yola d’Avril, Richard Cramer, Bud Jamison.
