This video is designed to instruct people involved in producing food for community events such as fetes, festivals and food fairs, in its safe preparation, storage and cooking. It provides advice on ways to prevent contamination of food and is accompanied by pads of mini-posters (for distribution), reminding people of the basics of food safety. Kit contains a video cassette and two booklets.
