The Chief Scout, Sir Charles MacLean, in his home on the Isle of Mull. He is shown entertaining three Scouts and showing them over the castle where his ancestors have lived for centuries. The 1960 march past of Queen’s Scouts before Her Majesty at Windsor Castle; the Chief Scout’s speech on that occasion. Finally, a message from him to the Scouts of the Commonwealth.
