The Beginning of Wisdom: Desperate for water, the pilgrims stumble into a drought stricken vilalge. The local drought demon, who has a taste for little boys, has cursed the village with drought because the villagers have no more boys left to sacrifice. “Pigsy Woos a Widow”: Pigsy falls in love with a pretty widow after Monkey saves her from the Demon Spirit of Great Snakes. The widow however, only has eyes for Tripitaka. “What Monkey Calls the Dog-Woman”: When magistrate Lord Li’s stepdaughter is taken by bandits, Monkey reluctantly takes on the job of rescuing her. Based on the sixteenth century book of the same name by Ch eng-en Wu. Dubbed in English.
