Monuments of astonishing beauty and power such as Stonehenge, The Great Pyramids at Giza, Hagia Sophia in Istanbul, Borobudur in Java, St Peter’s Basilica in the Vatican City, and the Taj Mahal in Agra are all supreme examples of the human need to try and explain some of the mysteries of life, and the subject of this fascinating Reader’s Digest documentary.
