Jiminy Cricket traces the development of the bicycle from the hobby horse to the modern safety bicycle, and presents safety rules for riding a bicycle: keep both hands on the handle bars, both wheels on the ground and both feet on the pedals, and obey the same traffic rules as the driver of a car.
