The head of the evil SPECTRE organisation- Ernest Blofeld (Donald Pleasence), has mastermined a plan that could lead to World War 111. He’s using a rocketship to seize manned space missions from Earth’s orbit, causing them to mysteriously disappear. The world’s superpowers, America and Russian- unbeknownst of Blofeld’s plans, suspect one another and as the suspicion mounts, the world teeters on the brink of war. Enter suave, smooth and sophisticated secret agent 007 (Sean Connery) who, accompanied by an attractive Japanese agent Kissy Suzuki (Mie Hama) and scores of Ninja warriors plan a daring attack on Blofeld’s headquarters nestled in an inactive volcano. Screenplay by Roald Dahl and title song performed by Nancy Sinatra. Cast includes Tetsuro Tamba, Akiko Wakabayashi, Karin Dor, Bernard Lee and Desmond Llewellyn.
