In today’s busy lifestyles, stress plays an unnecessarily large role in people lives. This video attempts to address the problem by presenting two half hour self nurturing sessions. Yoga teacher Dr Gillian Ross will guide the viewer through stretches and yoga postures, meditative pauses, with constant attention to deep breathing and the release of tension.
