Ray of hope

Designed for use in a national campaign against tuberculosis, this film describes the disease and preventive measures being taken to eradicate the disease from Australia. Shows the use of chest X-ray in detecting the disease; symptoms, nature and spread of tuberculosis; treatment of patients at sanatorium; importance of keeping children free from infection; use of BCG vaccine for the immunization of school children.
