This program has been prepared specifically to help young people overcome their nerves and fears in speaking in public and, instead, make a presentation that is entertaining and rewarding. Students are introduced to some of the techniques used by professional presenters, including: planning and researching your topic; writing and timing your presentation; using confident body languauge, eye to eye contact and voice; using visual aids and handouts. Study guide included.

Our collection comprises over 40,000 moving image works, acquired and catalogued between the 1940s and early 2000s. As a result, some items may reflect outdated, offensive and possibly harmful views and opinions. ACMI is working to identify and redress such usages.
