This video informs participants about the managerial aspects of discrimination in the workplace and how they can contribute to the promotion and creation of a discrimination free work environment. Explains the difference between Indirect and Direction Discrimination, develops skills to recognise different forms of discrimination, points out the consequences that can result if a business allows or permits discrimination and presents five key steps to promoting a discrimination free workplace. A manual which complements the video may be borrowed as a separate loan item.
