A program aimed at young disadvantaged youth in the labour market, particularly those attending Youth Training Centres, Youth Welfare Services, living in hostels or in the care and custody of Community Services Victoria. Highlights young people succeeding in various jobs and through interviews discusses how they found employment, their expectations and experiences in the workforce.
