Job burnout is a serious problem. It can not only destroy a career, but affect relationships, personal health and self-esteem. This program presents a dramatisation which identifies the symptoms of job burnout, examines possible causes and offers several key strategies which will assist in reducing the effects. Introduces the SPACE strategy involving Social supports, Powerful thoughts, Autonomy, Confronting your stress and Extending your skills. Accompanied by a training manual which may be borrowed as a separate loan item.
