Presented by Robyn Williams, this documentary looks at Australia’s largest urban archaeological project, the excavation of an area known as Little Lon (Little Lonsdale Street). The excavations unearthed tens of thousands of artefacts and remnants of human history. The program also shows how archaeology can illuminate our understanding of places and times. Includes study notes on inside of slick.
