Broken into two parts, this video provides examples of activities for studies around the Easter period and shows different people across the globe celebrating Easter. “Origins of Easter” deals with the pre-Christian traditions, festivals, carnivals, Jewish Passover and Christian tradition. “Easter symbols” deals with light and dark, eggs, the origins of the Easter Rabbit, Easter food and the concept of new life.
