Episode of Series “Australian mosaic”.
During Adelaide’s Chinese cultural week in 1988 a group of puppeteers from Adelaide’s sister city of Penang were invited to present one of their plays in honour of the Festival of Hungry Ghosts which fell at this time. The program shows their ritualistic preparations and some of the other festivities which took place.
