This is the spectacular story of man’s quest to conquer the last frontier. Rare archival film sequences of the landmarks of this 30 year struggle are featured, including the wartime V2 rocket development, “Sputnik”, “Earthrise”, the 1969 moon landing by Neil Armstrong, development of the shuttle and spacelab, and many other historic space moments.
