This moving drama series on important figures from Australia’s past brings history to life. Betty Cuthbert, the “Golden Girl”, held a very special place in the affections of the sporting world because of her immense courage, optimism and innate modesty. Betty competed in 3 Olympic Games during her 13 year career as the world’s greatest female runner.
