The Australian myth of Russell Drysdale’s painting “The Drover’s Wife” retold from a different perspective. Based on a short story by Murray Bail. Cast includes Elaine Gay, Jeff Ashby and Martin Vaughan. (Awards: Winner of Rouben Mamoulian Award, Sydney Film Festival 1985)
