Episode of Series “Basic Engineering”
The process of drilling and countersinking a hole is demonstrated also the cutting of the thread by means of a set of three taps; lubrication is emphasised, and various kinds of tap wrench are shown. Dies of various kinds, and their uses, are demonstrated, as also are parallel, spiral, tapered, and expanding reamers.
