Shows the arrival of the Duke and Duchess of York at Parliament House. They are welcomed by the Governor-General, Lord Stonehaven and the Prime Minister, Mr. S.M. Bruce. The guard of honour is inspected and the Royal visitors are escorted into the Senate Chamber. There are also scenes of a parade of 3,000 troops and a body of returned soldiers.
