One of a series of films about attitudes to work. School teacher, Lowell decided to give up teaching, get away from the hassles of living and working in the city and become a fisherman. He and his family enjoy living in the peaceful bush in a cottage with few modern amenities. His parents on the other hand cannot understand his attitude.
