Describes the atmosphere of the Middle Ages through enactment of excerpts from the literature of the period. Scenes are performed from the morality play “Everyman” and from Chaucer’s “Canterbury Tales”; the passionate concerns of youth speak through the verses of Dante and other poets of the age.
