The Mahratta Senior Staff College of the Bank of New South Wales which was established in 1817 with a staff of two, now provides training facilities for large numbers of employees including the Senior Staff College, Mahratta. Potential executives and managers attend an intensive course of lectures, discussions, study and report writing. The facilities of the college building and extracts from lectures, discussions and the lighter side of college life are shown.
