Depicts the beauty of the Flinders Range in South Australia. Tours Wilpena Pound, a great natural basin completely encircled by a massive mountain wall. Visits early settlents - Blinman, a thriving copper mining centre a century ago, and abandoned Kanyaka where mute evidence remains of pioneers’ hardships. Features a carpet of wild flowers, fossils, rugged mountain scenery and aboriginal rock carvings.
