Learning the butterfly stroke

Shelagh Ratcliffe, national champion demonstrates the butterfly stroke. Children are seen at various levels performing a range of appropriate practices. Also demonstrates the racing start, a simple two hand “grab” turn, and the more advanced “tumble turn”.
