The mountains of Lahaul and Spiti are situated in the sparsely populated northern Punjab. Shows the people who live in the scattered towns and villages, their work, domestic life, festival and ceremonial dances. Buddhist monks live high in the mountains coming down on occasions to join with the villagers in religious ceremonies.
