A film made to show children the way to avoid the dangers of electic light wires out-of-doors. A linesman explains to children why it is dangerous to touch electric light wires and advises what to do if a broken wire is found. Shows how wires may be broken by kites and footballs. Warns of the danger of contact with wires touching trees and of contact with wires on the roof of a house.
