An example of the use of negative film material to produce dramatic impact in film. The director, Eugene Deslaw, is one of the pioneers of the avant-garde cinema and in this film he explores the possibilities of negative photography. The result is a poem of imagination and beauty. (Awards: Diploma of Honour: Venice Film Festival, 1956)
