Episode of Series “The Facts for Life”.
Examines the demands placed upon the heart and lungs, demonstrated by treadmill experiments in the laboratory. Shows that causes of heart diseases are aggravated by over-eating and lack of exercise and that lung damage can be caused by smoking and air pollution.
