One of a series of magazine films depicting various aspects of life in West Germany. Includes an exhibition of contemporary artistic glassware, construction of Europe’s first manned and re-entry space lab at the ERNO-Works in Bremen, the 30th Anniversary of the founding of the Federal Republic of Germany, the popularity of funfairs as amusement for the masses, Cologne Cathedral in danger, the “Popol Vuhs”, creating a new world sound using synthesizers, forty young Australians on an exchange information trip, and the 1979 World Ice Speedway Championships in West Berlin.
