The training of the future skilled workers of West Germany. At the end of an elementary school education boys and girls are tested by vocational guidance experts; visits to factories, agricultural schools, business and domestic science colleges etc give an insight into the demands and qualifications required for the many skilled crafts and the simplest professions of this modern age.
