Karate means “empty hand” in Japanese. Filmed at a Karate school in New York, “black belt” experts demonstrate the Japanese art of defending oneself without use of weapons by striking an attacker with the hands, elbows, knees or feet. Winner of a Cine Golden Eagle and nine other international festival awards.
