Episode number 1 of Series “Elementary School Teacher Education”.
Dramatised incidents are used in presenting a study of five fifth-grade children, whose personalities and backgrounds present typical problems. The film explains the importance of the elementary school teacher’s knowledge of the complex and different backgrounds of the children, as well as their individual abilities and needs, in order to adjust the teaching program to meet these needs.
