As well as the difficulties encountered in selling Australia’s surplus of dairy products over our domestic needs, dairy farmers face extremes of climate conditions - lack of adequate regular rainfall, flooding, poor soil, etc. Examines ways of overcoming these difficulties via research into pasture improvement and its application and the introduction of new and improved farming machinery and equipment.
