Examines the oceans of the world and their promise for man’s survival, against the background of the population explosion, the dwindling food supply and constant depletion of natural resources. The Indian Ocean as a source of food; new fishing methods off the coast of Delaware; mineral resources of the sea; and Sea Lab I, an experiment in living beneath the sea.
