This film should be sued in conjunction with the film “hydra coelenterata” shows the structure and behaviours of relation organisms, including examples of the colonial hydrozoan and of the large jellyfish belonging to the scyphozoa and of their alternate generation, the scyphistoma. The anthozoan are represented by anemones, sea-pens, etc and the ctenophora by the common comb-jelly, pleuro-brachia.
