Two helmsmen from Tasmania were selected to represent Australia in the 1974 ‘cadet’ Dinghy World Championships. Beginning with the Tasmanian crews mid-winter training at the Sandy Bay Sailing Club in Hobart, the action culminates in the competitions sailed in Portugal.
