Depicts the British as a people born to boats. Shows designing, process of vuilding, and use of yachts, lifeboats, racing shells, and other small craft. Scenes include yacht-racing at Cowes, Uffa Fox designing new speed-boats including Donald Campbell in his turbo jet boat “Bluebird” with his record breaking run at 204 mph, and rowing on the Thames.
