Shows the city and people of Broken Hill, situated on one of the richest silver, lead and zinc fields in the world. Emphasis is laid on the rapid development of Broken Hill into a modern mining community with all the facilities for pleasant living and recreation. There is wealth and security, social progress and industrial peace in the ‘Barrier City’.
