Magazine items: Crop protection from the air. Use of aircraft for pasture improvement and pest control has been developed to a high state of efficiency, through the combined efforts of the farmer and the flier. Guide dogs bring freedom and new life to blind people. Shows them meeting and training with their new masters at the National Guide Dog Training Centre, Kew, Vic. Coal mines close but the people of Cessnock, N.S.W. work an “industrial miracle”.
