Describes an exhibit of American crystalware engraved with designs created by sixteen artists representing Burma, Ceylon, China, Egypt, India, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Japan, Korea, Pakistan, the Philippines, Syria, Thailand, Turkey, and Vietnam. Shows the work of these artists, how American designers captured the mood of the drawings in crystal form, and how American craftsmen translated the drawings into engravings.
